They don’t explain this well, but steam places the price of the individual items in the contents of the packs, but then offers a price on the complete pack. This price is completely independent from the total of the components and is generally cheaper to buy the full pack.

I use Augmented Steam with ITAD so it highlights what games I own as Green and anything on my wish list is blue. So I own them all but one which is on sale for 3.99. So I would be better off just getting one from it’s page. Instead of saving 5.00, I would be screwed by 5 bucks if I buy the “pack”/bundle.
