I don’t have a lot of time to game these days, busy on a lot of things outside of work, but I did pick up the Ratchet and Clank game. Besides like 3 stutters in the portal jumping sequences, it’s run flawlessly on its ultra settings @ 1440p. I’m honestly absolutely astonished. lol it’s also really fun so far, love the kid-friendly humor and over-the-topness for Dr. Nefarious.

It’s pretty good, but it’s about a girl colonizing an island nation exploiting the locals, wrecking the ecological diversity with monoculture farming and moving species of both flora and fauna across oceans with no regard for potential invasiveness. She also figures out how to exploit the local spirituality and faith system to empower herself.
Then she turns around to campaign and fight against new immigrants showing up. Who, granted, have caused a bit of a stir but it’s mostly due to cultural differences, they are refugees however from a place they can not safely return to.
Well that is at least one way to interpret the game, if one would be so inclined.

Sounds like someone has Bugsnax in his Steam Library, haha. 
Anyway, I’m still interested in getting the game since as all of you have seen in my profile my favorite game is about a mentally ill soldier condemned to fight all sorts of monsters and demons for all eternity in the most bizarre, mind-bending and mindscrewing settings imaginable, and my second favorite game is about (mostly) Americans committing all sorts of dangerous and illegal racing activities on a peaceful Mexican city under the pretense of promoting their brands while disturbing the locals in the most ways possible.
I think I’ll have fun with this game.

Ever since Nordic acquired THQ, I’ve been waiting for this one. I knew it would happen eventually. Hopefully it’s worth the wait and they stick to spirit of the game. We don’t need yet another D3/D4.

could someone check the steam page for me? It says it released, and though it gives me the option to buy the dlc for it, there’s no option for me to buy the game itself (which im not going to be doing at this time regardless, but i just want to check whether it’s a regional lock or what’s the issue here)
