Locking off regions cuz they have cheaper stuff and taking away things you used to be able to do isn’t good and i’m not gonna applaud them for getting their shit together with their support finally (luckily i never had to use it) and tryna get rid of games made to peddle cards after they opened the floodgates to steam and then added shiny things you can buy.

So update on the Microsoft free games thing. I got some of the games after 2 days since having viewed 1 daily Xbox broadcast on Mixer. (I “watched” another one yesterday, not sure if it affected the games I got or anything)
The games are also XBox One exclusive.
The games are Rare Replay (which is a bundle of classic games), The Final Station and a Halo Wars 2 DLC pack.
Allegedly there is supposed to be 1 other game and 2 more DLC’s given that I didn’t get, but I don’t own an XBox and was hoping since it was to promote Microsofts streaming service for Microsofts E3 stuff I was hoping they’d be compatible on Windows 10 too.
So if you happen to own an XBox and are interested in these games link your mixer account to your microsoft account and catch one or more of their daily E3 XBox streams (channel name is XBox and it has a stream schedule on the channel) before june 16/17
I know @ZeeX has suggested maybe before…that we have two threads…the Game Dealz for(Surprise!) Deals and maybe a Freebie thread. I think that might be a good idea too. Because other ppl come in and post freebies but they don’t use this thread because they think it is just for deals.
Yes, i’ve suggested to lonin both in private and public i believe to change the thread name to indicate that we also post about free stuff here because the people who are less inclined to post or maybe even log in seem to be avoiding this thread, but that hasn’t been done so let’s make a different thread!
And it probably would be for the best if we keep the free stuff separate and just post actual deals here.
So yeah, i’d like to have the honor of making a new thread for free stuff unless @lonin wants to make a new one or modify this one.
