Was it just Gamespot that screwed up, or was it a conference glitch in general? The FunkoPop trailer played in full, then an in-progress Gears 5 trailer started out of nowhere.
Psyche out of the century. I’m hyped AF for it, though! Gears 4 was amazing, and they’re doing a lot of cool things with the story of 5 as it seems.
Gotta love that drool Phil Spencer had when talking about the new companies Microsoft engulfed acquired.
But seriously, Kuon, Forza Horizon, Cyberpunk, a lot buncha indie titles, plus a lot of other more or less interesting games; and let’s not forget about the new Uncharted Tomb Raider being set in part at least in Mexico; It was an enjoyable presentation.
We even got the first game of the year to feature one of Ubi’s trademark downgrades, what could await us next?

@harith Maybe if I was watching live, that could be a possibility… but no, I was watching the E3 conference for MS about 30 minutes behind everyone else. The screw-up was on Gamespot’s end. Note to self, just use IGN’s stream, it clearly has more people watching for a reason.
I mean, for a while I thought it was just Microsoft trolling fans. It was after nobody mentioned it that I realized something was off.
Why not just watch it on the company’s channel itself? Wouldn’t that be the best way? I usually watch it either on the company’s channel itself or on some streamer’s (preferably Lirik) stream on twitch.
That would have been the smart thing to do. I just clicked the first stream on the list in a rush not to miss it, since I was already running late. I only cared about MS and EA anyway, and I missed one of those. Truth be told, seems like I didn’t miss much.
