Happy new year everyone.
Beginnings and endings, for either to exist the other is required and today has come the time to end the Chrono Rally League, at least for now. Congratulations to @pylinaer for managing to bring these two points in time closer together than any one else did this last week and finally managed to get himself the #1 spot, well done. Also congratulations to @doomy for the most first placements with 9 wins out of our 16 weeks, followed by @Vandem with 3, @doomy certainly dominated the score boards and gave us all something to aspire towards.

Again my heart felt thank you goes out to everyone who participated in this event Iāve had a lot of fun driving with you all and I would probably never have played this game at all had you not supported the effort I put into this by participating.
Should any of you be left with a desire to keep driving then I would strongly recommend checking out the daily and weekly challenges the game offers many of them are a lot of fun. I will most likely dip into them every now and then, once Iāve taken an extended break.
Finally as an afterword to any future readers.
Should someone come across this thread and be inspired to try this game themselves I would strongly recommend you do. This game is hard to pick up, it may feel impossible to move these cars reliably even down a straight path but it really rewards the patience and effort you put into it. If you try and want to share your results, troubles, questions or thoughts with others I welcome you to post them here no matter how long itās been.
And so the games end thank you everyone, once again.
I have had Dirt Rally for a while now, and as from 15 minutes ago, Dirt Rally 2. I donāt think I could join this group of Alpha competitive males though, back-stabbing and passive aggressively smiting your foes. IāM KIDDING! Jeezuz
And my times in the first Dirt Rally would be classed as good if the car I was driving was a Robin Reliant that had lost its front wheel. Yeah, Iām pretty crap
I saw that the other day, looks like the car was lowered too far so when he started to bounce the undercarriage scraped reducing his ability to both steer and slow down. Though he was also probably going in a bit too fast into that S section.
Was glad to see they were both alright at the end.
The clip I saw, has a couple of other camera angles.
I donāt know how the math works out. All I know is I already had season 1+2, and somehow iām getting 3+4 for $18 instead of the $30 store price, which is pretty sweet. Iām sure it makes sense somehow, I guess.
That deal is pretty well hidden. You have to go to the page of the undiscounted Season 3+4 DLC to even see the āyear one passā upgrade option. Might be worth it though, thanks for the heads up.
They gotta keep it hidden when the Deluxe Upgrade (S1+2) and Deluxe 2 (S3+4) combined is cheaper at full price than the Deluxe 2 upgrade alone⦠Whatever thing they are trying to pull here is beyond me. I am just happy to get the upgrade for a good priceā¦
Iāve never seen that thing before either, lol. I also still feel the math is completely wrong on this and so i wonder if thereās some type of mistake here.
I bought the package and now have ALL the DLC except, for some reason, the Opel Kadette. The DLC claims itās for an āearly unlockā is the car in the game already but you have to unlock it some how?
Why the hell couldnāt they have just tossed this one into the package as well just for completionās sake?
