Oh, so this explains why you got banned: they’re cracking down on multi-account abusers (which’s not your case, of course) who abuse the system to get a bunch of keys to resell, not to mention the bots.
Well, this makes me get a bit of respect for them. Only a bit. Now, if only they had better ways to get keys from the Vault, I’d respect them much more.
It’s a long story to explain but the main reason is because I have 5 Steam accounts. Even so, I have never abused the Vault Game gifts. Of all the games in the vault games I have only gotten 3 games. All my accounts had almost their maximum arp achieved (around almost 10k) before the ban.
Could it have also been from using VPN? I used to use vpn to connect to the US to get 5 arp by playing the mini-games that Americans and Canadians can play.
But without any response from Alienware other than saying “that my account was suspended for violating the terms and conditions”, I’ll never know the real reason for the suspension.

Fue extremadamente difícil y agotador elevar esas 5 cuentas a Solar. Yo no se configurar un bot asi que juntaba arp manualmente. Y da una impotencia tremenda ver a cientos de bots incluso ya en Interstellar comentando “Thanks!” y todos sabemos que un bot es el único que escribe de esa manera. Injusto la verdad.
I see. But like I said they’re going after users who have multiple accounts tied to the same IP, shooting first and asking questions later.
People have complained so much about them supposedly abusing the system that they decided to take action.
And yeah, using VPNs there can also get you banned.
If you used this method … Did you got confirmation that you got the game after clicking on “Claim” ? How much windows you prepared for this 
@Allex Yes, I made sure to open as many tabs as possible and then click on claim a second before the Vault was opened. It worked on the first try. 
After the site stopped crashing I went to see my profile if I got it. Turns out the ARP was deducted and the key was there in my account.

Yeah, and also the server crashes. No longer I’ll have to keep refreshing pages and hope for the best, now I have a fighting chance to get those keys.
They can fix that and put crypted patch 
Let’s hope not. Otherwise I might as well give up again.

How did they find out all of your five accounts ?! Do you have same IP (static address ) everyday ???
