I really enjoyed this game. $2 is a steal.
Dragon Age Inquisition is $2.99 at Origin right now (85% off). I loved DA Origins, but see reviews for Inquisition are not quite as good. Any thoughts?
I liked it it’s a different style of RPG than Origins and while ye, i liked Origins more as well, Inquisition is still better rhan Dragon Age 2 and was quite enjoyable to me.
@markwr, @DontBeSilly I believe I have owned that one for a while - or some flavour of it. My bestie has played it on my Origin account - never have tried it myself, despite the blatant "dragon’ in the name,
Thanks mate.
I had forgotten how much I’d loved Star Wars Episode I Racer. Say what you will about the prequels, this game was glorious. On sale pretty much everywhere having a “May the 4th be with you” sale right now. Just picked it up on Steam, looks quite decent with the unofficial HD patch (Star Wars Episode 1 Racer 4K/UHD Upgrade Pack [STAR WARS Episode I Racer] [Mods]). I find myself choosing Ebe Endecott, going to Watto’s junkyard, and just laughing myself silly at the constant alien grunting these two make.
Man I still have that on the N64. What an awesome game. I somehow glitched my version though, all of my pod racers ended up with near maxed or at least very high stats all of a sudden and I don’t know why. Not complaining though, as a kid who crashed into walls in that game a lot it was great.
This is a super duper fun and relaxing game. It’s described as a minimalist strategy game but it’s more like a puzzle game. It was one of the games that really stood out to me from last year, so I highly recommend it especially as it’s quite cheap. Here’s my review: Steam Community :: Kemo :: Review for ISLANDERS
75% off. It has a free weekend starting now.
It’s not a historical low price though.
I can play the free weekend though!
I highly recommend this game.
I can second that.
Dirt rally 2.0 is still on a really good sale over at Fanatical, I would certainly recommend the game. I’ve recently taken the step up from the slowest and weakest class of cars to those slightly faster and find myself struggling to control the cars again, but I’m having fun trying.

12,64€ for the full GOTY edition, 7.81€ for the standard edition if you just want half the game.
The deal runs soon, 1d14h as of this post.
I think this is lowest price it has ever been at so far so yeah . Honestly this game looks amazing so if you ever thought of getting it it’s a prime time ( and show me some screenshots ) .
Best played with friends tho… which I lack
I have it. I love it. It is one of my favorite RPGs in that genre. The graphics are insanely beautiful, the designs of the world–buildings, levels, characters etc–is really cool, and the lore is even better. Plus, you can roleplay a lot of the stuff in the game, making it more “you”.
I would definitely recommend the game, especially at such a low price. I did play a bulk of my time with friends, but there’s no reason you can’t enjoy it without them.
Just so this thread doesn’t die off, haha.
I’m linking Overcooked since it’s a very fun coop and there’s currently a franchise sale going on. Very good discounts if you don’t have it yet but want it. All of it is on sale: base games, DLCs, special editions, and season passes.
Some dopey, cute, cheap games on sale @Steam:

I am going to need lots of games, audio books and eBooks to keep me from going stir crazy.
Or just maybe it is already too late for that.
I’m the same…@mert. All my friends live in the wireless world.
Well except for 2 very important winged companions: Twiddles who is a love bird hatched to 2 other birds I had, and Baylers, a sun conure who shares his affection between my adult daughter and I.
I’m a hermit, truly an introvert so I’m good with this lifestyle.
I don’t game with others because I don’t feel I’m good enough and I feel I’ll let them down, plus a few medical issues and now age has taken away my response time.
I love RTS games like Command and Conquer, which I know is older and probably outdated to a lot of people here. Strategic games like that though are my favorite.
What types of games do you enjoy?

Haha, I also have a pet bird, an African Grey who is really talkative.
I’m also mighty introverted, so I honestly would be good with having a few best friends over many non-close friends, which would probably also make gaming more fun, especially games such as Divinity.
I don’t really enjoy any games anymore, or anyTHING for that matter, but I do play League of Legends a lot, as its Ranked system is big incentive for me to play. And I can play it on autopilot since I have developed a ton of muscle memory for it.
However, I still hate that game. It’s one of my root causes of stress and anger issues, but winning is so addicting that I just can’t stop playing it.
A few years ago, when I was still gaming a ton, I LOVED Dishonored, BioShock, Half Life, and Portal. Those are so insanely amazing.
