We all have that one game that we loved ever since we were little. Well, maybe not, but STILL. If you do have one game that is your all-time favorite, feel free to spread the nostalgia here!
My favorite game is the PS1 game Rollcage Stage II.
It has an awesome soundtrack, smooth and tight controls, good replay value and a nice variety of gamemodes. It has good graphics, especially for the PS1, and I still stick the disc into my PS3 from time to time to enjoy going back to the age of the original Playstation. It’s a shame it’s only 2-player, but the game’s intense combat tracks and interesting Rubble Soccer mode definitely make up for it.
Portal by far for me, a good mix of challenging puzzles, good but simple storytelling and great humor. Anything that can make me feel for a cube that I only use for one level and have to subsequently kill is a winner in my books.
May or may not be WoW simply because it consumed my life. It also consumed @EMCL’s .
Other than that I’ve always been a fan of Final Fantasy games and WC3 is probably one of my other favorite PC games for both the normal and custom games. So many hours dumped into battle.net lobbies and weird custom games
I have played a lot of games, but one that I feel have had the biggest impact is properbly Half-Life. I brought it to the first LAN party I went to and we played it for about 80% of the LAN. And I were at the top of the scoreboard every map.
I would often play in the morning before school, trying to get through the campaign. It took me a month or two to get through it the first time.
My favorite game of all time back in the day was Rock n Roll Racing for the SNES. It was the first game I binge played through a whole night. However, the Last of Us is my more recent favorite for the story, gameplay, and overall experience. I have never yelled at a television as much as I did during my playthrough of the Last of Us.
My Favorite game is Chrono Trigger! Originally on the SNES, but has ports to many systems, with only the DS getting extra content that connects it to Chrono Cross.
Halo left a mark on me when it came out in 2001, it was like the first game that I actually finished. And there will always be a special place for RPGs, like Fable!
Hmm… My no.1 favourite has to be insurgency. From the firs stages of the mod, until the jewel in the fps world that insurgency is today, I loved every bit of that game.
And now im hyped af about the new Insurgency:Sandstorm the developers are launching in 2k17
Hard question, but if I had to choose one, it would be Pokemon Emerald. It’s the first video game I ever played, involves some of my favorite pokemon (grovyle was my favorite for years after I played MD:EoS), and still holds up in many aspects. Even though I’ve gotten bored with the base game after playing it many times, I still have a lot of fun playing things such as randomizer nuzlockes. It’s nostalgic and one of the best games I’ve ever played.
My favorite game is kinda split. Wrestling and rythem games take the bulk of my early gaming memories but there is one that will always stand out. Tony Hawk American Wasteland, Project 8, and Underground. I say all three because i didn’t really have a memory card when i played on the PS2 so i never saved my games and played the beginning every time. But it was fun. I remember every weekend was like a mini contest of trying to get the farthest in the story in one day.
