I don’t.
I just watch things as they’re reccomended to me, then I usually check out stuff from the same director or writers.

y sadly u better make that abundantly clear these days…
It seems that some people don’t know about this, of course you can check anime charts jpgs too.
Every new season will be there with new animes, movies, ovas and long running ones. You can toggle R18+ and kids stuff too. Usually there will be synopsis and preview trailers to check.
I looked at this thread hoping to see if anyone else had watched Lost in Space by Netflix. Your thoughts just as mine. Should I carry on hoping it gets better or give up after 1?
I just watch every anime every season so I don’t need lists or recommendations. There’s a (no)life hack for you guys.
yaiks, well that depends on how “critical” you are of things
i was told i was just being too negative (tho being able to step by step predict an entire episode/series shortly in does pre"spoil" the viewing experience), but to me it was just wasted hours tbh, even if others liked it “alright”…
you’ll have to either really like “sci-fi”/the (fam) robinson “theme”, or really enjoy rehashed family “drama” from previous tv eras… imo the show does nothing new, and very little good, its sole minor redeeming factor in my eyes was the robot and the “potential” plot there could be in future seasons,
-but this season could definitely easily have been done as a 80min tv movie to set that up…
the rest of the time i was rooting for characters to get killed off to be over, or screaming inside my head “omg just punch parker posey in the face and be done with it!”(her character was way obvious and not remotely subtle), -i’m not proud of it, but that’s how bad and frustrating it was to me.
Teach me, master.
There are some genres I tend to avoid and only watch when someone recommends.
I usually try to give everything a try for a few episodes at least unless it’s a sequel or spin off to garbage.
One of the best feelings is when you start watching something you’re so sure you will hate but it actually turns out great. Uma Musume is one such case from this season. I was sure it was gonna be trash but I’m glad to be wrong.
I don’t really watch shows or movies very often sooooo I just read books. I just finished the series Steelheart I highly recommend for any fantasy fans:hugs:. But if your not really into books than I don’t know … Don’t read it I guess.
Finished Better Call Saul Season 3…loved it. You know you’re enjoying a series when you’re chomping at the bit for the next episode. Almost makes me want to go back and rewatch all of Breaking Bad again. Started Netflix’s Castlevania animation now which I should blow through in no time.
Watched Hostiles last night. There’s something wonderful about the landscapes in Westerns that makes the genre incredibly appealing to me. Christian Bale plays and embittered soldier charged with escorting a small group of native americans back to their homeland. Stuff happens, people change. Good film, worth a watch.
How young adult-y are those books? Sanderson is awesome (if you’ve not read the Mistborn trilogy get on that pronto!) but I tend to avoid anything with YA tags.
If you search Steelheart, in genres it doesn’t say young adult, and it didn’t seem very young adulty. And due to your post I will read MistBorn.
Fantasy, Young Adult, Science Fiction.
Regardless, read this and then read the rest of the series!
MistBorn seems very interesting, and it’s made by Sanderson.
I don’t really buy books I just go to my library so it almost completely free. So it doesn’t really matter if it sucks ( which I’m confident it won’t)
Anyways, I hope you enjoy Steelheart ( if you get it)
I will watch more its sat in Netflix and I was really looking forward to it. Bit like some of my games in steam!
Didn’t check all 214 replies, but am pretty fkn sure nobody posted this:

Am personally thinking about buying it, they are rather unknown and they make unique hiphop, I kinda feel like I gotta support them
watching Lirik playing through God of War atm (these past days actually, lol)
Just finished watching Season 1 of Galavant on Netflix… I laughed so hard and so often during this show, first season was only 8 episodes, anime length too, only about 20 minutes each. Looking forward to the second season, which is only slightly longer I think. I really enjoy musicals and satire, this is some serious satire and humor bundled up into a musical format, I can’t believe it’s rated PG, but then again, I am sure the young kids don’t get a lot of the jokes…
I actually own this on DVD…
Also confuzzled about the Will Smith pic? For the record I’m not his biggest fan…no subtlety!
It was like… “Will” do… ehem… mmmh yeah, sorry.
