By now it really is simply a term for low quality games, even tho there are tons of good games on mobile, too, that’s just a very small part relative to how many crap titles there are.
I mean I have the real full experience of Xcom: Enemy Unknown on my phone…

100% agree there are some nice ports at steam
and tengami is a nice game if you like the genre
But as soon as most people see a port its a bad game

I also don’t mind mobile ports as long as they are done right. Some recent examples that come to mind are Pac-Man 256 and Shooty Skies (which is free to play and I highly recommend any shmup fans to check out).
