Low Sodium is so rare. I can imagine 2 things that may lead to it, sweating a lot, or major diarrhea (more impactful/likely). For major diarrhea, always replace electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, etc), can be done by drinking something like āGatoradeā , and hydrate (drink plenty of fluids). I hope heās feeling better.

Thereās been an Internet outtage which hit a bunch of sites and games, so the best option now is to wait for things to go back to normal.

Today iāve noticed that one of printers at my work is actually running McAfee antivirus which for the uninitiated is diarrhea equivalent of antivirus software.
Since no sane human would volunteeringly install it , itās most often showed into awful prebuilt PC Dell and HP sells making those already slow and bad computers even slower and ābadderā .
Honestly i find it a but hilarious how it found a way to get installed onto printersā¦

in todayās world, that would constitute harassment, possibly sexual in nature, but certainly and at the very least worthy of social media outcry, public shaming, possible death threats, and getting fired
I personally am outraged that you would personally, not least publicly, express your support for such behavior.
People have been crucified online for less, dear Sir. I do hope you shall be more careful in the future.

Heās still not out of the woods. We have been to the ER again and plus called an ambulance again. We canāt keep his electrolytes up and his blood pressure down. I have to watch him constantly. Canāt leave him alone at the minute. Heās napping now so I got some time to myself for now.

I wish I could help you too, but I hope he stays well.
Iām also in trouble since my mom is also not feeling well and canāt walk properly, and I donāt know what to do since Iām too broke to help on anything, and my anxiety decided to kick in too.
Oh well, I do hope itās not something serious or heaven forbid, that one frigging virus. Letās hope for the best!
