I want an air frier too, because you can create stuff like crispy chicken and stuff without roiling pots of oil. They look/sound like great investments, especially since they use considerably less energy than typical convention ovens. I’d love to replace our beastly oven with something like this…though I don’t think they make air friers larger enough to cook turkeys and that’d be a problem for me for sure.
