The item in question can be carried much more easily than a photocopier. (I actually don’t consider a photocopier something you can carry, the ones I can think of are all big, heavy, and have no good hand hold.)

Yes it is. (I suppose you could maybe see one that’s purely user-mechanical/non-electric, but I have never seen/used a non-electric one. As far as I know, all such devices are electric powered.)

So I actually left a clue in the first post above when I started this round, saying that I was buried under a mountain of paperwork. Much of that is true, and boy I would love to feed all of them through the shredder without reviewing them, but I just cannot do that. Haha!
