I just claimed and the Thank you popup telling you to play on pc/mac appeared. Instead of saying “in library” , it reads "unavailable "
Check the transaction history, it show Death Stranding and all other claims, including the free asset packs.
Another thing, instead of Director’s Cut, it was the base game that went through. The upgrade to DC should be available. Not sure where, on mobile the site looks different.

Long story short: they’ve offered the DC at first, site got overloaded and then they changed their mind, offering the base game since the DC version wasn’t supposed to go free.
Either way this is Alienware Game Vault levels of amateurirsm.

Anyone else having troubles still trying to claim Death Stranding? Lets me “order” it but claims its processing.

The page even asks to order it again, but my library has two listings for Death Stranding. lol

Yeah, this was such a disaster, a Christmas which Epic Games will surely want to flush down the toilet.
It’s rumored that on the penultimate and last days Epic Games will give two more big games. Let’s hope to all gods they don’t fuck this up again.

Things happen. Even Steam (tongue in cheek) has server crashes when traffic gets heavy.

I remember Playstore did a GA and then realized the offer was too good and nuked it. Some people got lucky to snag. I dunno how many departments are involved in organizing these events, but seems every company gets a mix up/mess ups

I’m also not a fan of souls-like games either but I’ll get it anyway.
The next clue is a mystery to me. I have no idea but I know it’s neither Mass Effect: Legendary Edition nor an Assassin’s Creed game.
Edit: It’s gonna be a game from the “Dishonored” franchise.
