Yea even though mystery is normally seen during end of year, it have happen before during major sales not at the end of year. So it would make sense it being mystery if for the upcoming big sale.

Btw the Steam version will be delisted like Rocket League, existing players can play through Steam, new players only through Epic.
As in, you can’t play it on Steam when it goes F2P unless you BUY it now? “Pre-registering” here doesn’t give you like a Steam copy or anything?
Exactly, pre-registering gets you in-game rewards. If you really want it on Steam, you will have to buy it pretty soon.
