funny, but in Muslim countries (and I believe some non-Muslim Asian countries as well), toilets come with a sprayer like that installed by default within it
once you become used to using that, you can’t understand how people do without; you can’t imagine how dirty you feel when there’s no water and all you can use is TP; enough to try and hold out till the water comes back, I can tell you that much
