Despite having an increased goal to $5M, this bundle still passed with flying colors. Awesome!
Also the number of games is up to 1657.

Already on its way to 6kk as of now
I just realized how long it’s been since I’ve seen that style for million.
Crazier and crazier numbers xP one day I will just have to binge through these
Im probs gonna wait until i can uninstall computer program work made me put on my home pc lol
Ragnarök is to blame, in my case
Very much excited for Pyre being there, have been looking to buy taht one for a bit now.
aaand another couple of games I would recommend from this:
Last Word, its a rather short RPG (around 7 hours if you want all achievements) about conversing with participants of a party in turn based battles. I quite enjoyed the time i had with that one.
and The Stillness of the Wind, a relaxing little farming game with a story about the life of an old person, whose family left for the city.
Nice callouts. ^^
Giving this a bump because it deserves it.
16 hours left, 1704 games/items/stuffs in there currently, raised over $7M already in such a short span:
The way I see it is that if I had been a bit slower to get on the Steam train a few years back and this happened before that, I might have never hopped on, or probably not for another 10-15 years. There’s definitely enough good stuff in here for years of entertainment.
I feel ya. I like DRM free - it’s pretty annoying to have a launcher for various games, but that’s how it is. A good few games I traded for on Indiegala appeared in the bundle too.
Not crying Steam down - there’s still plenty there I have yet to enjoy, but I like this way of presenting games and GOG as well.
Loads of the stuff given away is really niche, like ttrpg scenarios, assets and visual novels, but if you are young this could be like discovering a local library.
I have added around 250 items to a collection, mostly stuff i have never heard of before, lots of it games that were already given away for free, but still games that i would not have found on my own.
I love itch.io for all the querky stuff.
If I can ask a dumb question for a second… is there a way to register offline games to my Steam library? I saw an option to in the past, but idk if that still works or how. Google results were all about how to get Steam keys from itch.io purchases, but the word here is that there are none.
There are no steam keys given away but you can always add non-steam games to your library in steam if you really want to.
In addition to this, if you JUST want to have everything in your steam library to remember you have the games somewhere but don’t want to store them locally you can do so by simply making txt files or something, name it Whatever.exe and add it.
You will have to create one file for each game you want to include so it’s going to be a decent bit of fiddly work if you want all 1500+ items added to your list, but at least you wont have to also find storage space for it all.
Thanks. I’ve been relearning the program after a long hiatus.
