Assassin's Creed Unity free on uplay

lol, I don’t know, or maybe she just self-identifies as one, it’s 2019 and all that after all

She is just a level designer… 2 seconds of google search can’t hurt.

“Senior level designer Caroline Miousse spent a full two years making Unity’s version of Notre Dame, obsessing over every brick and working with a historian to make sure that the structure in the game was both as accurate a recreation as physically possible and something that modern players would be able to recognize. The end result was stunning: the giant cathedral sits in the centre of the city, replete with sculpture, stained glass, architectural detail and more. The goal was to make this as close to a perfect recreation as possible, and that took time and effort.”

according to Ubisoft Is Giving 'Assassin's Creed: Unity' Away For Free To Honor Notre Dame

“As accurate a recration as physically possible and something that modern players would be able to regonize.” are things that mean jack shit in reality… I will just stop responding to this nonsense btw, because it’s equivalent to people doing their “own interior design”

that’s her job title, not her degree, ofc her job title will be game-related, even if she was an actual architect her job title would never be architect, lol

When they start to work by approaching photos and scanning them and the results are pretty close to what she and the rest of Ubisoft designers made: it’s possible they can use the 3D model that was made for the game. But they will probably have to delete it even after 1 CM of inaccuracy, because it’s way faster to make the same thing on your own following the information that was already documented over the years compared to fixing someone else probably thousands of mistakes.

In my experience if you lose 1 CM somewhere … for such huge building… this stacks A LOT. You end up losing whole meter in the end and she never said she had team of geodesy specialists around her. On top of that their surface work isn’t helpful for the construction at all, because you need the actual bearing skeleton of the building as well. Those bricks she document might be as well carved in their inner side so the construction fits in and what not…

it’s not like they’re going to use it; it’s just a nice occasion; accept the check and the data stick, smile for the camera, and then go have ice cream or whatever

Best be careful, there’s a correlation between eating icecream and drowning.

that’s why u shouldn’t eat ice cream while swimming

about that though, did u know that more ppl die from drowning in the desert than from dehydration?

I just decided to have a bite and turn on the TV and for some reason I stumbled upon the international news part in our local channels.

Story number 1: Macron’s wife crying in the intro about Notre Dame for 15 seconds… the next 60 second about a french gaming company that donated “whooping” (according to the TV channel) 500 000 euro and having perfect 3D representation of the model in their 2014 game.

Story number 2: High school girl was sexually harassed (I think that was the main thing and I didn’t heard where she is from, because I was preparing the food at the time) by one of her teachers and she complained… the police didn’t do anything and it seems her fellow students were fans of the guy, so they lured her on the roof of the school and covered her with inflammable liquid and guess what happened after that.

I wonder how much millions ubisoft spent on media instead on the restoration
