If luck is a thing that exists in this universe then wishing everyone luck in a 0 sum game of chance would be akin to not doing anything at all. You can’t add an equal amount of luck to all sides of an equation, it’ll just cancel out.

Over here! Yes, one more right here! Time for me to take a “swing” at this giveaway, I guess !

As much as I have grown up “around” watching (and attempting to play) American baseball , my “favorite” baseball team has got to be the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, purely because of their adorable mascots! When I visited Fukushima-cho and the surrounding Fukuoka Prefecture in Japan a few years ago, I saw a flyer posted around several cities advertising their latest game. Curious as to how Japanese baseball teams play (and how the overall atmosphere at their games was), I bought a ticket; lol and behold, the first thing that grabbed my attention when the players entered the field were their MASCOTS! A male one (whose name I can’t remember) and Honey the female Hawk! Gosh, if only I could find the picture! Needless to say, their costumes’ sheer cuteness captivated my attention for much of the whole game. The team also played very well, mind you, and won by a slight margin of home runs if I recall. Good times … good times .

Ah, and if my pun and little story did not give it away already , I would like to enter for Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings .

Oh and before you get all smug in your rice eating ways, have you ever considered this? You know where rice is grown, how it is picked from paddy fields etc. don’t you? Well, all those people working in the paddy fields all day, knee deep in water… They are not going to go to the side of the field to use the bathroom, now are they?

i tried looking, couldn’t find any veggie bacon here, (which i thought was odd), much less “that” one…
(all i found were "make X fakon yourself recipes)
-must have been doing something wrong. Any danes on the forum have an idea where to acquire commercial veggie bacon?, (-that doesn’t require me to set up a lab and frankenstein it myself)

in the meantime while i continue my search, have another

(i guess the question is: “would that be strawberry flavoured bacon, -or bacon flavoured strawberry?”)

I’ve seen some of the Frankenstein lab creations you mentioned. Bacon made out of rice paper and carrots Sadly, I don’t believe Morning Star products are available in Europe (I can sense your disappointment). I know there are some other meatless “bacon” products in the UK, but I’m not sure about Denmark.

I have this friend who occasionally sends me pictures of the most mouth-watering bacon - just to bust my balls. I usually respond by sending the most horrid looking fake meat substitutes I can find. Tbh, I generally tend to avoid commercially available vegan meat products (although there are a few that are surprisingly decent).
