(VERY rough estimates here)
Every month you can get over 2500 coins from chests, perhaps more (values of chest are random but have base values)
Let’s be generous and give us a constant amount, 3000 coins, for each month
Since the average lowest amount of coins one can receive daily is 20 coins, let’s assume that as well for each day
Each month has an average of 30.42 days
So we can derive 20(30.42) + 3000 for every month, which equates to 3608.4, which we’ll round down to 3608 coins per month
So that let’s us solve the equation 3333333 = 3608m, where m is months

Answer: I will take you roughly 924 months, or about 77 years to obtain the amount of coins necessary to purchase Half-Life 3
