To see if you got “Watch Dogs 2”, open your Uplay game launcher and look at your game inventory to see if it’s there.

I got the game in my list but no email from ubisoft, I think the common thread here is that you can’t trust ubisoft to be consistent on anything so only trust you got the game once you’re actually able to install it.
I don’t know about that. I didn’t get Watch Dogs 2 during the forward stream and I also didn’t get it after.
I’d say that’s pretty consistent. Very reliable service.
did you go claim it where they said to do so though? They basically said anyone who claims it gets it, but you have to claim it
they rly messed up trying to give it to anyone who watched the stream for sure, but they did try to make up for it by giving it to everyone who claims it, no questions asked, at least
it would have been “consistent” to only give it to ppl who watched regardless, but they went beyond that actually on this
it’s ez to just be negative about things and take the piss, but the positive should also be acknowledged i feel (this last point is in general @SeekerSupreme, not towards you specifically)
as long as it appears in your launcher, you’re able to install it
that’s what has been observed by everyone (millions upon millions of people) so far, and if it wasn’t, it would be all over the internet

In all seriousness though, I’m always happy when I get a chance to receive something for free, even when I don’t get it in the end.
Having that said, I’m also morally obligated to take the piss out of people of my own profession doing a shitty job.
have you checked your library in the launcher itself (not in browser)?
It’s been established not all owned games don’t appear properly in browser and only do so in the actual launcher.
Yup, that’s the only way to check it.
I’m on the same boat, watched the event, registered to the thing first day, still nothing in my client library. The only emails I’ve got was their ads (nothing in junk/spam either)

You can still click the dedicated support button on the above page (at it’s bottom, big blue button). That should insure you will get the game.

“24 hours” bruh I have been waiting for 3 days now. They didn’t even respond to my support email which I sent yesterday. Still nothing.
Didn’t you know, that actually means 24-ish plus/minus Business hours.
So the Watch Dogs 2 finally appeared in my library today.
Didnt contact any support - they had a lot of job to do, had patience with this.
Didnt get any extra game, maybe because I own every game you all mentioned before.
Yup just checked my games library in the Uplay client, Watch_Dogs 2 is now there (wasn’t yesterday). I saw another post on their website saying it could take up to 7 days so patience seems to be the order of the day.
