An ad I just got while browsing the funny.

Allegro is the THE e-commerce platform in this county (like eBay/Amazon).
“Zabawki” means “toys”.

Oddly enough i feel like this is going to be a success for them.

Unless keyboard itself is crap , which i doubt keeping in mind Noctua’s general level of quality.

It is ugly, but somewhat endearing as well.

hm, how likely is this to go 75% off on steam relatively soon-ish? (or Humble Choice would be the dream, but I guess that’s unlikely)

I rly rly prefer having my games on steam i have to say

There are several games i want to play that are very cheap when combined with the coupon, like Toem and Sable. But the Epic launcher is such a hassle to use compared to Gog or Steam that i might give the sale a pass.

I honestly doubt you are going to find HZD for $10 anywhere, not for a very long time at least. If it’s a game you really wanna try, I would say get it. That’s an insane deal for an incredible game. xD

Sony gave it away for free eight months ago, so…

Does anyone have played ARK: Survival Evolved ? I have some questions:

  • Is the game really good and fun, specially for single player ?
  • Are the DLCs worth it ?
  • Is it similar to other games or it’s own thing ?

Thanks in advance.

In other news, I came back from the cinema after watching Spider-Man: No Way Home and what a movie! It was just as good as Avengers: Endgame was, with an epic setting, amazing action and almost everything went really smooth. Was worth every cent.
Soon I’ll come back to see the new Matrix movie, which hopefully will be just as good as this one.

I have Ark. I have 100 hours in it. So nothing too grand, but certainly enough to leave an impression.

My opinion: it is NOT fun alone after 10 hours. I only got my enjoyment from the game when my friend bought a server and we (like 8 of us) played together. It has it’s moments though, where you’re flying around on a dragon or you’re whizzing about on a T-rex manically attacking lesser beings, but without people it might be really boring to you. I say might, because one of my friends spent like 1k alone, so. lol

Only 1 DLC I think would be fun to have with it, and it’s a map DLC, but everything but 1 DLC is free (that’s the season pass, which I don’t have, but I could be wrong and they might’ve changed it). And it’s not too similar to other stuff. The closest I could get would be Conan Exiles, I guess?

Ark is a great game, horrible group of dev studios though. Most of the DLCs are pretty good. I would say it is far more enjoyable with multiplayer though but not on the official servers. It is somewhat similar to most other build/craft type games but with the taming and dinos it is it’s own thing. I strongly recommend the game but hate promoting it and giving them any money lol.

All right. Thanks for the tips @Rhyagelle and @Tencore!

No shit!?`:D I’m not suggesting M00 should try and play that version on a PC.

Horizon seems to be on the a similar stage of the sales cycle on PC right now as it was when the PS GA happened.
On PS it sold 7.6 million the first year, 2.4 million the second.
On PC the sales curve should be similar - inferring from the Steam players charts (significant drop post release and a sideways trend ever since). Sony reported a 250% ROI on those initial PC sales.

Plus, it’s a precedence for a Sony, PS GA (which barely ever happen) of a self-published AAA - no less (also self-published on PC).
On top of that Sony would actually make money on this one if they sold it to Epic for a GA.

so… what are the reasons to believe this would not happen on PC?

Okay, wow. Dude’s gotta take one of them chill pills.

So why would you bring up Sony giving it away for free on the console? How is that relevant to what he was getting at? He wants it on PC. Bringing up that Sony dropped it for free on console makes no sense…

I’m confused. What did you think I was saying, exactly? As far as I can tell, you either assumed I meant no steep sales on anything other than Epic (which I didn’t say) or you thought I said they couldn’t ever give it away for free on PC (which I didn’t say either). Going off the assumption that you meant the later…are you inferring that he should wait and wait and wait, missing an incredible sale, on the off chance that Epic Games gives it away for free?

That still of course doesn’t explain–should any of the above be correct assumptions on what you thought I meant–how you thought anyone could take any of what you just said above from the simple and contextual irrelevant statement of, “Sony gave it away for free eight months ago, so…” alone. But…okay I guess. :woman_shrugging:

No problem! If you try servers, try one without a lot people if it’s public, otherwise…go private server with friends. The performance is HORRIBLE on public servers.

Not inferring, nor suggesting; but that’s what some people do, myself included.
I realize you’re an example of an exact opposite approach; but my reminder was intended for anyone’s potential benefit - under their own consideration. It’s not my business what people do with their own money.
