How so? I just want to make them useful in a game, other then as currency.

Ah well, if its not f2p, i’m not playing it anyway, since i’m through with paying for cards, ever since Magic back in the 90ies.

I don’t see how cards which are not part of the meta or fall out of favor with the player base will retain their value …

well, we know from experience that some cards will just die and never see any use again…
