Overall good bundle. I already own a few of the games but I think im going to get tier 1 because When ski lift go wrong looks fun (also if you like tetris For $1 tricky towers is worth it.)
I only got the $1 tier. I already own Staxel and SEUM. Bridge Constructor Portal is the only one from the Bridge Constructor Family I don’t have. I’m sure I’ll get a cheap key one day. Oh, I also already own Tricky Towers. $1 for 2 games is still good value…I guess. Isn’t it?!
I was gonna grab it for Staxel… but apparently I already got it from humble monthly. The more you know.
Nice reminder though, I really need to play it.
Skipped SEUM (already have it) and the Bridge Constructor game from Tier 2 and Staxel from Tier 3 (already have it), though with the Tier 1 game and Portal Knights its still well worth the asking price if I can be honest.
Oh wow…I played that much of it?! It can be a multiplayer and I have heard that some people have had fun playing it together, but I played alone. It was quite fun to play, in fact I will probably go back to it, but it has been a while since I played. From what I remember it was very easy to get into it was enjoyable to run my farm and build homes for villagers as well as building mine.
Yeah, I would definitely say it can be compared to harvest moon, I quite enjoy the farm aspect but I know that you could make money in other ways(fishing/bug catching/tearing down useless buildings to sell off materials ).
I also tended to grow slow growing crops and placed sprinklers down so that I could focus more on building homes and stores for the villagers, do side quests and explore/gather materials.
It would probably be easier with friends as you could either have your own homes/farms or all collaborate together, one person focusing on farming, one on building, exploration, crafting, etc.
While Ski lifts seems a bit generic, Concrete jungle looks interesting and I highly recommend Tricky Towers as a nice party game. It’s a tetris variant with a bit of physics thrown in which IMO succeeds in adding a good amount of chaos and hilarity. Several game modes with different goals (like ‘fit as much blocks as you can under the line’ or ‘race as fast as you can towards the finish’) add a decent amount of variety.
Coming at it from the other side, Bridge Constructor Portal is the only one from the Portal family I don’t have . I feel the same way though, it can wait for a better price.
