Check the prices graph in this website and you’ll know what was the lowest discount and if it’s worth to get it right now. Usually these sales have the lowest or introduce the lowest.

love price history sites like that
should be noted tho, it’s important to see how far back its history goes,
becomes sometimes a site only has a “few” months of discount history, despite a game being years old, and being better discounted before, like just last summer, or even winter, etc., just doesn’t help as much if their data for that game “only” goes as far back as february tho, so something to look out for

http://steamsales.rhekua.com/ is pretty neat to compare too since they have some old data too, but doesn’t take into account other sites tho i think, but for steam sale-steam sale to steam discount compare it’s ok
