Ok, so I’m not crazy…I could have sworn frame, avatar, and profile were also free when I checked my phone earlier today.
Guess I should have claimed them right then and there.

Yes, apparently this was a mistake from Valve and they fixed it when they noticed it, just like Scout’s blue pants.
This has been another tough year for Valve and Steam…
