Steam gift cards?

I think it would be nice to add steam gift cards to the site.

1000 coins = 1$
5000 coins = 5$

and so on…

I would love to get five dollars for free each month :stuck_out_tongue:

Rock God Tycoon 5000 coins = 6,69$ on steam
Satellite Rush 3000 coins = 2.99$ on steam
Star Vikings Forever 4000 coins = 6,29$ on steam

it would make sense for 5$ to be 5000 coins then

They get the games directly from the devs and/or publishers. They don’t pay that kind of money, obviously. So comparing the games in the store with the price they’re sold on Steam for – not even on sale or via a bundle – is straight up delusional.

i love how you did not have anything to say about actually getting the giftcards
so i guess in the whole thing just the pricing seemed off
so lets do 10000 coins for 5 real moneys
will that work?
that means i can almost get 10 moneys
nice

First off, I was just suggesting to add gift cards and gave an example to the prices, im not specifying that the prices need to be as I said, second off, when you redeem the steam gift card you would use that money on steam games, youre not getting any real cash, instead of giving us a specific game, gift cards could be used to get the games we want.

I thought the concept of getting money for coins being unreasonable was obvious, but then asking for 5$ for onl a handful of mouseclicks was the icing on top.

I support this! You should also add real estate to the coin shop for those of us who want to invest rather than save money.

I, for one, wholeheartedly support this idea and suggest that muffins should be added to the coin shop so I can ask for sweet sweet delivery service straight to my doorstep.

But do keep in mind I live in Brazil and I expect free shipping, along with everything else being free too, of course.

While you’re at it I make a petition to add Amazon gift cards to the coin shop as well so that I can buy cheap Tupperware for free.

Thanks Chrono, love y’all. :yellow_heart:

I don’t know about real estate. What they depreciate in value before you get to use them?
But, gift cards still sound like a cool idea.

I don’t think people here were trying to be mean @Chany (welcome to the community btw, stick around and join in some conversations), but in all honesty it’s just not realistic (like ever) for something like that to ever happen.

@CptMold I got a chuckle out of that one.
