Many of you may notice the change in the Bot’s avatar and name, I’ve decided to dedicate this bot account to ChronoGG Notification, and along with that I’ve updated the bot’s dependencies and started collecting system metrics to help me have a better understanding of the ecosystem

Good idea, but I don’t use Telegram, perhaps text message would be more universal.

Uhm, and what does it do? Just notifications? Or the whole website as an app? Idk either seems kinda weird to me. Text msg as in SMS? Mails? lol

It’s a desktop app that notifies you when a new game of the day is up and also when the coin shop has new games. The notification also serves as a link directly to chrono.gg. it’s cross platform and runs in the background.

Really don’t mean to offend you or anything, but that’s rather feature poor for being an extra process
I get both of those notifications via mail directly onto my phone, Chrono is a single click in the browser away anyway? Any plans on expanding upon that?

Currently don’t have plan, this was more designed to suit people like me, and as a utility for others. With the limited API access I have, not much I can do.

Tbh I don’t have much of an idea how to expand that either It’s feature poor but at the same time all there is to it.
Maybe you could make the clickable notification open the steampage to the game?
Maybe some kind of button for directly posting on the “new deal” thread? From the notification I mean…
