I was scratching my head as to how to make some forum notifications in terms of the “New” and “Unread” labeled threads go away, because of recent spamming. I didn’t want to click on all of them, to be honest. And I ran into this very useful button on the bottom right of the page:
I don’t mean to put any users on the spot for this, but I just felt that my time was probably better spent doing something else instead of clicking on all of them. I am happy to find the Dismiss button so I can be spared from the OCD need to click on all of the new/unread threads that I really don’t want to.
What other forum functions have you found to be very useful? Please share so we can all benefit!
