Hey guys! I know you can share deals on social and other channels, but is there a way to refer friends to the general site? I thought I saw a badge for doing so, but I’m not sure how to earn it.

So the badges are specifically for the community section. I believe (you’d think I’d know) that just using the “Share” button below a topic will get you the badge:
You can also share the site generally with the buttons at the bottom right of the homepage, but no badges for doing that. Unless you count our love as a badge (you should):
