All these do is clutter up my inventory. You can NOT trade/sell or even gift them to others. They are mostly useless.

IMO the problem isn’t too many things, it’s a lack of ability to organize the things. If we could organize our Steam inventory the same way we can organize our Steam library, that would be great.
