Problem using e-mail address with a '+'-sign

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I wasn’t able to receive my confirmation mail when I used a ‘+’-sign in the address.
I commonly add the service I want to sign up for to my emailaddress, like so: myemail+service@gmail.com
Usually, this isn’t a problem, and even if I can’t sign up like that, I get a popup.
With Chrono.gg, my account got registered, but I never got my activation mail.
This way I couldn’t use the account name I wanted, because it is locked to an e-mailaddress your website can’t send e-mails to.

I signed up with another account name, but I just wanted to share this with you.
It took me quite a while to figure out what was wrong :slight_smile:

That’s weird, we do that all the time for testing. Sending you a PM to see if we can get to the bottom of it.

I do the same thing and I also did so 5 days ago when I signed up, however I received my activation email immediately :confused:
