After entering payment info, I received an “Oh no, something broke!” error. I tried again, and got the same error. Really hope I didn’t pay for it twice, as I can’t find an email containing a key in my inbox. Anybody have any ideas/solutions? No response from support quite yet. Cheers!

have you checked your paypal email?
in any case, if you sent an email to help@chrono.gg, they’ll get back to you, though you might have to wait till they get back to work on Monday; it’s weekend now
just be patient and they’ll sort you out for sure; they always do
