Just finished looking around the forums and I think I get the context now.
I can only infer some things:
- Site traffic is causing errors. Possibly a lot of people are trying to buy the game you were trying to purchase. The web server is possibly having a hard time handling all these requests. Now this is only inferred because we don’t really know the site traffic, and we don’t really know the capabilities of the server
- An actual random error. Hey it can happen.
But yeah, the best course of action would be to follow what @PeteMcc said or if it isn’t against the forum rules, then try to PM Ionin.
