Bought a copy of Alien Isolation during the deal period. Got an email notifying me that the transaction went through but there was an error retrieving the key and to email support. I have emailed support twice with no word back and its been more than a day. Any help??

@delenn13 They told me the cloud had a bit of a hiccup and ran into some issues delivering the key. Since I haven’t gotten my key yet they have issued me a refund for the inconvenience and they will shoot the key my way whenever they get it. Thnx for askin tho

I also never got a key or any reply to my 3 mails because of a missing key for Bayonetta… Is there any chance to get a reply this way?
