This old pest control technician tries to retire after a particularly nasty on the job accident. But people just wont leave him alone. After a group of herpetology enthusiasts break into his home he sees no option but to leave retirement and sort the world and his mind out, though all he really want to do is break open a gang of cold bois.
k, well, maybe u should consider putting that gun away first, cuz i can understand ppl not giving u a job when u come at them like that… (also u look way older than 24 wtf)
Technically, it’s not Metal Gear, but I suppose that answer gets a pass…
And @harith I suppose we could have repeats if they’re done in a different way. Can’t see how it would hurt, although on the other hand with the amount of games out there there’s no reason we’d need repeats.
true, yea,
tho most people i’ve known that says metal gear did usually refer to meal gear solid, “none of them” having played the actual first one, so that’s why i went with that as a pass too
-tho with the port in HD collection, that might ofc gradually not be the case anymore i suppose
(i’d still take the answer just to move along as people were more confused about my description than i expected )
I’ve never played any of the games but I thought your description had this particular Kojima-weird smell to it. So my guess of Metal gear was mainly the franchise rather than specific title.
It’s portable origins were far too obvious and the story was somewhat uninspiring. Plus the Monster Hunter stuff crammed in was out of place. Also the rinse and repeat nature of the missions using Fulton mines over and over and over and over…it turned into a massive grind, something the other games weren’t. I actually preferred Portable Ops (and of course both the Ac!d games).
