Yup. Bigger, longer, gif, jif, if…it’s all the same, one big mish mash of the same word.

Does this game look lovely and play like a boring version of a good game?

A series of insurance commercials?
I think @xist got it though, it’s the only game I can really think of.

hmm maybe depending on opinion i guess , personally i didn’t find it boring

okay lets try a different take

an errand tourist, finds himself entangled in a mess of; getting a tour of the sights, balancing the integral relations of drug use and various squabbling addicts, orphan adoption and black market organ donation(/experiments).
And ofc no vacation is complete without relatives’ schemes, -or meddling in/overthrowing the local establishment first…

:sunrise: “wish you were here”

too easy this time?

Borderlands?

sry no, claptraps are unfortunately not recognized as carry-on luggage and we regret to inform you, we can’t accommodate CL4P-TP models as check-in either, -no interplanetary ninja assassin(robots) allowed.
Hope you have a wonderful trip and enjoy your stay at the local resort.

Uh, Bioshock?

dang it…! i knew that one was too easy… :confounded:
 should’ve stuck with jack’s various body parts and sentient existential extremities  :man_shrugging:
Right on the money Pete :+1:

no that wasn’t too easy, I’ve been sat here thinking about it some, I played 2 more and thus 1’s story was phased out, I forgot anyone was called jack, I blanked out the scary plane crash :’( who was the main boss of that one? was that the adam one? or was that chris fontaine?

yea, big juiced up frank fontaine on plasmid roids

I always liked the one that made enemies not your enemies.
and the bee one… THE BEEEEEEEES
and hacking every turret in the game  but the story… left me… it could do with a replay
especially the first one, I have infinite but I never played it properly.
I’ve been away most of today wasn’t gonna post until I had the answer to one but I was like AWWWH when I heard that answer, had to let you know it was hard, pete’s are impossible too so good thing its sleep time xD

i think my favourite is the gravity well from bioshock 2 dlc, -but i’m also a sucker for ragdolls
bees were definitely the “bee’s knees” in Bioshock 1, that and the wrench :joy:
infinite is good imo, but also “definitely” more on the “beauty over substance” side, i think the first 2 are best gameplay/story wise but infinite definitely takes you for more of a trip in the "experience"game sense, with great VA and such too along with stunning visuals ofc

psh, I was young when Bioshock came out, I didn’t even know it HAD DLC. :open_mouth:
I couldn’t afford that shit, the first DLC I EVER bought was mothership zeta for fallout 3, could not resist that adventure, LOVED IT. I still have a save on an xbox somewhere with my house filled with all the alien shit from that very first time. I never had a PC so no I never got an “expansion pack” either xD

in other words WHAT THE … there was gravity stuff !!! now I HAVE to replay it, digital bioshock with all DLC will be much cheaper now than it used to be :open_mouth:

I mucked up a refference before xD a kinda malpropism, I mixed up chris fromage and darius fontaine.

here is a sauce, I used to love this, it was a podcast on repeat before podcasts.

sadly the dlc for bioshock 2 is sorta short, but i think while it lasts, it’s funny
because they tried to throw some “different weapons” in to add a tiny bit variety, which was nice, (since the combat wasn’t exactly bioshocks strong points), so “any” change/tiny bit expanded arsenal was nice for the duration, even if would have been nice to have been the “full experience” of the game… but it was right at the "this is how dlc is now"moment i guess, or whatever reason they chose to make it small/“short” (and sweet)

however small it is usually it’s all packaged in one go when its this old

yea, since GFWL died they initially packed the dlc in i the then “steam version”(i think) but after the remaster the dlc was separate again, unless you buy the complete pack that has all 3 games + all their dlc i think (for a cheaper price all combined too tho i guess)

edit. yea 15bucks seem to be the “standard” 75% discount pricetag these days
Search Results for "BioShock: The Collection" - IsThereAnyDeal still cheaper than just buying b2+minerva, since dlc doesn’t seem to be discounted on it’s own lol

Should be easy, here we go

A tourist finds himself entangled in a mess of; saving his friends who were captured by scallywags, getting some powerful symbols which is slowly changing his personality, a crazy woman who has some family issues and wants to steal you from your girlfriend, some drugs which send you on some trippy journeys. Choosing to lean in to the crazy and paying the price or leaving it behind is up to you in the end.
