Found this article by accident. Trick being you need to have the game installed. And a character selected. Go to the in-game store to redeem the code. Expires end of November, 2021.

Expansion packs are not bad either IF you have points. I think that means being VIP (subscription) for at least one $14.99 USD month.
Wouldn’t mind playing this game again casually, but nix on the hard grind.
