Remaining loot play subscription was refunded to me, just noticed it on the credit card statement. However I don’t have an e-mail explaining anything. Anyone have any word on this?
Loot Play has been put on pause indefinitely by Loot Crate. Here’s the email that should’ve been sent out:
Thank you so much for being a part of the Loot Play family and supporting awesome indie games every month! While Loot Play has had an exciting first six months, we’ve decided to put the program on pause indefinitely. Last month’s offering, featuring Exoplanet: First Contact + 4 Mystery Games, will be the last Loot Play digital delivery for current members.
That’s not to say that Loot Play is gone for good! We are incredibly thankful for the support from all of you indie gamers out there, and we’re still very excited to explore new ways to bring our subscribers cool digital gaming content in the future.
If you had a multi-month subscription with undelivered games remaining on the plan we will be providing you with a prorated refund within the next 30 days. As always, if you have any questions, our friendly Customer Support team is always happy to help!
