The regular monthly “What to play?” post about interesting games on MyAbandonware.com
This month we decided to please the fans of strategy games, and updated some nice real-times strategies (all games work on Windows 10):

Since Epic Games decided to pull a dick move on everyone and wipe clean all Unreal games from all stores imaginable there’s now only two ways to get the games again: either pay exorbitant prices on keys from gray market websites or resort to abandonware/online backup sites.

Thankfully I’ve found a good place to get those games: The Internet Archive!

Original Unreal was a technical masterpiece and original Unreal Tournament was tied with Quake 3 as the games to play multiplayer a little over twenty years ago.

Couple weeks ago I finally found an abandonware website that had a working version of B-Hunter for current systems.

I had played the demo of this game for many hours back in the day, never had found the full version available.

The only problems I’ve found are old bugs that happened even in the demo version back then, the game just freezes in some situations and you’re forced to restart from some chapter since there’s no saving. But other than that it’s a fun game to pass some time. :smile:

It gives me Minority Report vibes

It’s that time again. Down at the bottom it has some Barbie and Heidi games for the kids. But most of ALL It has SPHERES OF CHAOS. I haven’t played that in YEARS…I am so excited!!!

Sorry, with everything going on, I have been slagging.

New “What to play?” post about interesting games on MyAbandonware.com. Everybody’s talking about some space RPG, so we decided to dedicate this post to some video games about space (all games work on Windows 10):

• Freelancer - big massive space-simulator by team that created Wing Commander. Cult classic with millions of fans

• Starlancer - space combat action game that takes place in same universe as Freelancer

• Space Rangers - great space adventure/RPG game inspired by Star Control II, where you can do whatever you want in a living open world

• Space Rangers 2: Dominators - the sequel with more missions, bigger world, better graphics, and completely new RTS-mode with planetary battles in 3D

• …and don’t forget to check Space Rangers 2: Reboot - expansion that adds even more content to the game
