The games in the Shop are ones that you purchase with the coins you have earned by clicking each day. The game that is currently the Daily Deal is Splasher and will change again to another in a little under 3 hours from now.

contact the guys with a email to help@chrono.gg and they will sort it out 
You could PM @lonin and he will advise you on what to do next?
