How long does it take support to respond usually?

Or do they even respond if the request is fulfilled? I requested a refund IIRC about a week ago, and have not received any word besides the original email. On average, how long should it take to respond? If my request was not fulfilled, do I get a response?

varies, depends on priority of cases i guess, and it’s not like they have steam lvl of staff,
