i’m guessing, if at all possible, you should probably try contacting support for a talk,

By the way, the community account is fundamentally different from the Chrono site account, there are two different sites. So make sure your accounts on both are up to date!

By the way, try to not create two different accounts on the main page! You might end up not being able to use the coin shop if you do… just friendly FYI…
