I’m mostly doing some litght reading and playing classical music while waiting for my parents to arrive.

Cozy-up at home. Tonight we’ll dine on a special Christmas-eve meal of home-cooked filet mignon and cocktail shrimp (with various sides) while we watch the movie Scrooge:
We are “not” normally a fan of movies that are “musicals” but this movie has an utterly fantastic magical atmosphere to it. This has become our Christmas-eve tradition for many years, watching that particular movie while eating a lovely surf and turf meal (we do watch a lot of other Christmas movies in the weeks leading up to today). Tomorrow on Christmas day we’ll have spiral cut ham (we used to consider turkey, but since we have turkey on Thanksgiving, we now tend to opt for ham on Christmas day). Sides include scalloped potatoes, a vegetable, and cheesecake (made from scratch) with cherries on top. We’ll also have non-alcoholic sparkling cherry apple cider.

Watched The Muppet Christmas Carol and A Christmas Carol (1984).
Met some family and played Zelda on the Switch gathering korok seeds that I never completed (so far that has taken about 3 days even with guides).
Whenever someone asked me what I wanted, I told them socks. I can never have too many socks. Even better, if they are ugly, I can still wear them since they are covered by my pants. Socks are the perfect gift.

True. Socks are joy - the more colours of socks you have, the better, lol. Pink hair bows is a gift I’d love or hair ribbons, or hair ribbons shaped like bows, hee hee.
