Thomas Was Alone: profound platformer with a story and solid gameplay. Brilliant narration.

FOTONICA: action-packed first person runner/platformer with outstanding level design, hard achievements and great tracks.

Costume Quest: fun little game about getting candies during Halloween and fighting off monsters. Whimsical and full of charisma.

Chroma Squad: I own but haven’t played. It’s Brazilian and very highly recommended. Therefore, I recommend it as well.

The Journey Down: definitely recommend both if you’re into puzzle games. Well written and funny reggae themed point and click.

Knights of Pen and Paper: played on mobile, thought it was OK.

Monster Loves You!: played before owning on Steam. So much fun! You can select different paths and go on adventures with monsters. High reliability much not that much variety, sadly.

Neverending Nightmares: don’t recommend. It’s not scary at all, it’s boring. The usual horror elements every average western horror story/book/movies uses. Mediocre.

Party Hard: fantastic concept, fun execution. Kill all your neighbors for not letting you sleep, in the most creative ways possible. Can be fun to go after achievements, but gets old quick.

Please Don’t Touch Anything: not my cup of tea, but it’s very smart.

Punch Club: it’s very fun, but it also gets old quick and it’s very grindy. Nice graphics and interesting possibilities for builds.

Two Brothers: yes yes and yes. Especially with a controller. Fantastic game. Just yes. Go for the achievements.

Technobabylon: it’s Wadjet Eye, gals and boys. Yes.

I’m just gonna casually recommend a few of @anon63424221’s free games to help them out:

Stories: Path of Destinies - short, simple mechanics, meant to be replayed a few times to get one of the “real” endings
10000000 - surprisingly fun match 3, I loved the developers other game You Must Build a Boat also (2 of maybe 4 pixel art games that I recommend because the gameplay is so engaging and fun you can look past garbage graphics)
Divide by Sheep - disturbingly fun(ny) puzzle game
Mr. Shifty - whee! great game, great music, most recent game I beat
Punch Club - generic, but nostalgic and decent. Worth playing if you enjoy loads of 80s references and boxing references
SpaceChem - one of the hardest games I’ve played in recent memory
Vermintide - best co-op multiplayer hoard game, except perhaps it’s sequel? (Been too busy to buy sequel)
