Yeah, it’s not quite on par with DMC3/4 but it has its merits as a decent hack-and-slash.
I suppose I’ll just draw comparisons to Tomb Raider 2013 for EVERY game I hate 
Yet another case where I thought the gameplay itself was good, but hated every aspect that SURROUNDED the gameplay…

I really did think the environments were cool, and the hacky-slashy bits were fine. It’s just… everything surrounding the hacky-slashy… that made it painful.
