EDIT: Elsewhere I found: " What is Epic Games error code EC-BI-LS-3? This error shows up when players are unable to log in to their Epic Games accounts. This is a server-side issue."
I got a similar error when I tried to run Epic client.

I also can’t login on Epic Launcher.
If you do get the store to load, i advise you to use the shopping cart as the trilogy is represented as three separate items and the check out process struggled for me.
