it even links to the steam store page where it says “play bus simulator 18”

does this even give u the game itself?

Most mod kits are normally free, but i’m sure some aren’t

point mostly being that it’s not actually the game/bus simulator 18, like the title might suggest, but merely a mod tool, so you still need to have the actual game
