Wouldn’t say it’s a troll. They’re lots of mod kits I’ve seen around before, if you have the game, they may be handy.
Seems there’s mod for RWBY - the Steam forum is updated pretty well. I don’t want to try anything to odd on this lil sweet potato though.

Really strange option actually.
Post Scriptum is very niche game which is also only available on Steam so in a sense Epic is giving away a modding/creation tool for a game which is interesting to a very small audience ,which also is only on their competitors platform…

The Post Scriptum SDK is a restricted version of the Unreal Engine 4 Editor
It’s on EGS (and not on Steam) likely because of the licensing.
