Might be nice to have ā€œgiveawayā€ in the thread title somewhere, for those who find the thread via the latest topics list rather than via browsing the Giveaways section.

You should also list any restrictions on who can enter (to prevent duplicate entries via new accounts, etc). If you have no restrictions, specify that so that people arenā€™t left wondering.

Some people like to abuse giveaways by entering multiple times with different accounts. Requiring accounts to have been made at some point before the giveaway started helps filter out such sock-puppet accounts.

Many giveaways on Chrono also require the account to have at least 3-ish Badges, which helps filter out people who only join to grab free games and donā€™t participate constructively in the community. This also helps filter out old sock-puppet accounts.

Some giveaways add additional requirements, to get to know the people in the community or just for fun.

Of course, you donā€™t have to do any of this! Itā€™s all about why youā€™re doing the giveaway and who youā€™re comfortable giving the game to.

asked for 4 badges :stuck_out_tongue: ā€¦this shouldnā€™t be a lot, iā€™d love to give to someone who really likes/loves chrono. a chronie. and i see an add to the coins shop like a promotion for the game itself, which is quite nicely crafted. ā€¦chosen by chrono, sounds good!

What the hell, Iā€™ll enter for Grass Cutter. Looks like it could be a fun game in short bursts, which works well for my schedule atm. Even if I donā€™t win, I might end up just buying it for a dollar.

to be fair, itā€™s a somewhat easily relatable term, -@Mikurden even tried to remind me when i attempted to use something else, in a sad low effort to ā€œcome upā€ with another instead, :smile:
iā€™m surprised that others didnā€™t use it before too :thinking: (lets assume they did and the search feature is just broken) :blush:
